Lifting Inspirations is a fully customized and convenient "mobile" program for young males aged 7–19. Our program is tailored to the exact needs of your youth or organization, and we are available to discuss program design and pricing to meet both your budget and your expectations. All lead coaches are certified personal trainers within various personal training programs. Also CPR/AED certified.

Assistant coaches have several years of personal experience and work together with a certified trainer

All interns work under the direction of a certified trainer

Dr. Laurie and Mimi have trauma certifications. All other coaches and coaching assistants receive trauma training to understand trauma and the brain and how to effectively regulate trauma through fitness activities and coaching and mentoring styles

We are insured as a company for general and professional liability. Individual coaches have personal general and professional liability insurance.

We cater to boys and male youth, therefore there are children’s and adult sizes. Please see the relevant sizing guide for approximate measurements for each size. Where indicated, adult sizes are specified for men vs women. Other adult sizing are unisex, running larger than women’s sizes.

We ship through USPS from Charlotte, NC. Normal shipping takes 3-5 days once the order is processed and shipped. There may still be some delays due to COVID-19. We, therefore, provide you with tracking details once your package is shipped.
